Privacy Policy

Beyond STEM (“we”, “us”) runs robotics and coding classes for kids in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we receive when you visit this page or contact us, and how we use it. We keep it short and in plain English.

Information you send us

This page has no sign-up forms. When you text or call us to book a free trial class, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share in the conversation, such as your name and your child’s first name and age.

We use this information only to answer your questions, schedule classes and stay in touch about your child’s classes. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Text messages

We reply to the messages you send us. We will not add you to marketing or promotional text campaigns without your clear consent. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this page, for example which sections are viewed and which buttons are tapped. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and collect information such as your device type, browser, approximate location (city level) and pages visited. They do not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Google Maps

The map on this page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may collect information under its own Privacy Policy.

Children’s privacy

Our classes are for children, but this page is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us without a parent’s permission, please let us know and we will delete that information.

How long we keep information

We keep contact details and messages for as long as we are in touch with your family about classes, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept by Google for up to 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Just text or call us using the contact details below.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
